Rules
规则
Players are ranked by the sum of their best Intermediate and Expert score made in each Period of 2 weeks. You can join with any scores because there are no time requirements. Points are given to every player no matter how fast or slow they are. For example, if 20 people play then the 1st person gets 20 points and the last person gets 1 point. At the end of each year there is a total points ranking. There is also a continuous yearly ranking based on points in the previous 26 Periods.
排行榜将根据玩家每周期(即两个星期)的中级和高级最好成绩之和进行排名.你可以用任意的成绩来参加排行,没有时间(成绩)限制.每个玩家排行积分的获得和成绩的快慢没有关系.例如,有20个玩家参加,那么第一名将获得20个积分,最后一名获得1个积分.在每个年底将有一个总积分排行.同时,下一个年度排行也是在前面26个周期的积分基础上进行的.
If you send scores in a Period but not in the next, you will still be ranked but a penalty of 5.00 seconds will be added to your sum. If you also miss the next Period the penalty will be 10.00 seconds. After this your name will be removed and you will win no points until you submit scores again. The goal of the ranking is to reward Active players.
假如你在一个周期内上传了成绩,而下一个周期没传,你仍然可以呆在排行榜上,但你的总成绩将惩罚性增加5秒.假如你在接下来的一个周期仍没上传成绩,总成绩再增加10秒.接下来,你的名字将不会出现在排行榜上并且不再获得积分,直到你再次上传成绩.这个排行榜的目的是鼓励活跃的选手.

Clone starts the clock at 1.00 but other games (MSX, Arbiter) start at 0.00. The Active Ranking uses 0.00 time, so please take 1 second off your scores when you send them.
clone开始时间是1.00,其他软件(MSX,Arbiter)开始时间是0.00.实时排行使用0.00开始时间,所以在你上传成绩的同时请自己减去1秒.
